Issue (May/June 2025): installers were adding all variants of the Fuuse websocket into the charger configuration app but the chargers would not connect to us (example below of a charger that wouldn’t connect to the Fuuse servers):
Sometimes installer call us to ask for “Auth keys”, which Fuuse do not use.
Sync EV (gareth.yeomans@sync.energy) have said:
Auth keys are typically sent by back office – we run a similar system here to you – but when moving from 1 back office to another we have to remove the auth key first on that particular back office – or we set the back office to accept the unit without auth key then it cycles.
Implication for onboarding to Fuuse: installer will need to contact Sync EV support to either remove the auth key first on that particular back office (e.g. Monta) or set the back office to accept the unit without auth key.
