A guide to setting up subscriptions in the Fuuse platform
Please note - the 'subscriptions' package will need to be enabled on your account. Your account will also require to have billing enabled. You may contact your account manager or support@fuuse.io to enable the subscriptions package and check your billing package.
Step 1
Log into the Fuuse back office and go to the revenue tab and click the subscriptions 'button'
Step 2
Click on the 'New Subscription' button
Step 3
- Add a 'subscriptions' name (1)
- You may add any marketing information in 'subscription description' box - it will be visible to drivers in the app (2)
- Select the dates when subscription is available for the drivers to purchase (3)
- 'Subscription renewal date' is last date of when subscription will be renewed. For example, you can create a 'Christmas sale' subscription for staff which can be available to purchase by drivers between 01.12.2024 -31.12.2024. This can then be renewed by drivers for 12 months with end renewal date of 31.12.2025 (4)
- 'Internal information' can be used for additional information and internal purposes, this is not visible to drivers (5)
- Once you are happy with your settings, click 'next' (6)
Step 4
- Enter the value of your subscription cost, this is how much drivers will pay to purchase the subscription (1)
- Select when the subscription will renew; weekly, monthly, annually (2)
- Set the kWh allowance available for purchase - this can also be set to unlimited kwh by clicking the 'unlimited kWh' toggle (3)
- Overflow tariff is the tariff that is applied after the kWh allowance is used by the driver (4)
- You can set the subscription to be visible to the public or selected drivers on the account (5)
- Once you are happy with your settings, click 'next' (6)
Step 5
- If applicable, select the drivers or driver 'groups' that can purchase the subscription (1)
- Note: if you select 'public' in the previous step, the option to select drivers will not be visible
- Select the sites and or chargers that your subscription will be applied to (2)
- Once you are happy with your settings, click 'add subscription' (3)
Viewing and managing your subscriptions
You may view your subscriptions by clicking on the revenue tab and click the subscriptions 'button', this will display all subscriptions that have been created on the account.
- To add a new subscription, click the 'new subscription' button (1)
- To view the subscription details, click 'see details' (2)
Removing or editing subscriptions is only possible if a driver has not already purchased the subscription
