Step 1: Log in to the Fuuse back office, navigate to the Benefits tab and click the Subscriptions button.
Step 2: Click the New Subscription button. General information
- Add a subscription name.
- You can add marketing information in the Subscription Description box. This will be visible to drivers in the app.
- Select the dates during which the subscription will be available for drivers to purchase.
- Subscription Renewal Date: This is the last date on which the subscription can be renewed. For example, you could create a 'Christmas Sale' subscription for staff, available for drivers to purchase between 01.12.2027 and 31.12.2027. Drivers can then renew their subscription for 12 months, with the final renewal date set to 31.12.2027.
- Internal Information: This field can be used for additional information and internal purposes. It is not visible to drivers.
Once you are happy with your settings, click Next Step
Step 3: Subscription details
Select the Subscription Type:
- kWh bundle
- Enter the subscription cost. This is the amount drivers will pay to purchase the subscription.
- Select how frequently the subscription will renew: weekly, monthly or annually.
- Set the kWh allowance included with the subscription. This can also be set to unlimited by selecting the Unlimited kWh box.
- Overage fixed tariff: This is the tariff applied once the driver has used their allocated kWh allowance.
Choose whether the subscription should be visible to the public or restricted to selected drivers on the account.

- Enter the subscription cost.
- Select how frequently the subscription will renew: weekly, monthly or annually.
- Enter discount percentage

- Enter the subscription cost.
- Select how frequently the subscription will renew: weekly, monthly or annually.
- Enter the base tariff cost (price per kWh)
Once you are happy with your settings, click Next.
Step 4:
If applicable, select the drivers or driver groups that can purchase the subscription.
Note: If you selected Public in the previous step, all drivers will be able to view and purchase the subscription in the app. The option to select specific drivers will not be available.
Select the locations and/or chargers to which the subscription will apply.
Once you are happy with your settings, click Add Subscription.
