Find the charger in Fuuse
Locate the charger you're working with.
Click the 'Actions' Button
You’ll see an 'Actions' button next to your charger, to the right
Select 'Change Settings'
After clicking 'Actions,' choose the option that says Change Settings.
If the Settings Page Doesn’t Load
If the page doesn’t load correctly, click the 'Request Config' button.
Refresh the Page
After you click 'Request Config,' a 'Refresh' button will appear. Click this, and the configuration should load.
Locate the "G_ChargerMode" Field
Once the settings have loaded, look for the field called "G_ChargerMode".
Ensure 'G_ChargerMode' is Set to 1
This setting should be set to 1 for Fuuse to be able to control the charger and authorise sessions.
If 'G_ChargerMode' is Not Set to 1
If the value in this field is anything other than 1, replace it with 1.
Click the 'Change' Button
After updating the value, click the 'Change' button on the right to save the setting.
Return to the Main Charger Page
Go back to the main page where you manage your charger.
Click 'Actions' Again
Click the 'Actions' button once more.
Select 'Hard Reset'
From the dropdown, choose 'Hard Reset' to push through the new changes.
Important:
A Hard Reset will reboot the charger.
The charger may show as unavailable for a few minutes during this process.
Please do not change any other settings on your charger without consulting with the Fuuse Support Team
