This guide includes steps to onboard iCS models ICSW7C | ICSW22C | ICSW7CPT | ICSW22CPT onto Fuuse
Note: you will need to be on site to do this and ensure you have a device such as a mobile, tablet or laptop to be able to connect to the chargers Wi-Fi hotspot
Important Update: If you are unable to save your updated charger settings even after following all of the steps in this guide (example error messages include variations of "SDomain not Permit" and "Site not Permit") then:
Disconnect and carry out the Wizard Setup again by logging in with 192.168.10.1 and using the username “install” and the password “icspass21”
Step 1: Find the Product Label
Locate the product label on the side or bottom of your iCS charger. If you can’t find it, contact iCS support.
Using your phone/laptop/tablet go to your Wi-Fi settings to search for the charger’s Wi-Fi hotspot. You will need to search for the SSID from the list of available Wi-Fis. This SSID should match what’s shown on the charger's label (e.g., ICS-2.4GHz-9C049E as shown in the example below).
Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi
Select the charger’s SSID on your device and enter the username as install and password as ics654321. Click Connect.
You may see a message about no internet access. Press Yes. If prompted, choose Connect only this time.
Or, if you receive the below screen, press 'keep trying Wi-Fi'.
Step 3: Access the Charger’s Configuration
Open a web browser on your mobile/tablet/laptop and enter 192.168.10.1 in the address bar. Press Enter to load the login screen.
Step 4: Sign In
Enter the username: admin and password: icspass01
Note: If the above username doesn’t work or your charger is newly installed, please try username: install and password: icspass01
If you still cannot log in contact iCS support
Step 5: Change the Password
If logging in for the first time, change the password to something secure. Note the new password. You’ll need to log in again with it.
Step 6: Start Setup
Once logged in, click the Setup Wizard to begin commissioning your charger.
Step 7: Enter Configuration Information
Fill in the following fields:
Offline: Off
Server Connection: leave greyed out
Domain: smes.hw.fuuse.io
Server Port: 443
Server Path: /
Identity/Serial No (SN): Should match the
product label
Security Profile: wss + HttpBasic
URL: wss://smes.hw.fuuse.io/[Serial Number]
Click Next.
Step 7a: Wi-Fi Setup (Only relevant if using WiFi connection)
Select your relevant Wi-Fi
Toggle Enable WLAN to On
SSID: Scan for networks and select your Wi-Fi
Enter the Wi-Fi password
Ensure the signal strength is above 40%
Press next step
Step 7b: SIM Setup (For Fuuse SIM Card - you need to have this inserted into the charger)
Network: Select 4G
Toggle Enable 4G to On
Set APN: tel.mobius.cxn
Set User: mobiustel
Set Password: mobiustel
Set Dial: *99#
Press next step
Step 8: Confirm and reboot
You will see a series of screens prompting you to confirm your settings and reboot your charger.
If you are using a SIM card, after the charger has rebooted, you must turn the AC supply to the charger off for 20 seconds and then switch it back on.
