The following Autel chargers support QR code updates directly on the device:
- AC wallbox (LCD-variant – 22kwh)
- AC Ultra (22kwh per socket)
- AC Ultra Street (22kwh per socket)
- DC Compact
- DC Fast
- DH 240/480
QR Code Updates – Key Points
- All chargers listed above have built-in LCD screens, allowing QR codes to be updated (as long as the QR link supports HTTPS).
- Autel/Sevadis can upload new QR codes to these chargers remotely.
Important limitation:
- The AC Wallbox (LCD variant) cannot have QR codes updated once it has been switched to Fuuse (or another OCPP server).
- To update the QR code on this model, it must first be connected back to Autel’s cloud.
Dual OCPP Capability (Other Models)
- All other chargers listed (excluding the AC Wallbox limitation above) support dual OCPP connections.
- This means they can stay connected to both:
- Fuuse, and
- Autel’s cloud
- This allows Autel/Sevadis to retain remote access for:
- Updating QR codes
- Uploading images (JPEG) or videos (MP4)
- Changing OCPP settings
Default QR Code Behaviour
- If a QR code has never been updated, it will link to Autel’s cloud by default.
- For AC Wallbox units, the QR code must be updated while still connected to Autel’s cloud before switching to Fuuse.
Process to Update QR Codes
- Provide Autel/Sevadis with the new QR code links (can be found in Fuuse for each connector)
- Temporarily point the charger to Autel/Sevadis
- QR code is updated on the device screen by Autel/Sevadis team
- Point the charger back to Fuuse
