How to Set Up Static Load Balancing on Fuuse

Note that while Fuuse can accommodate both static and dynamic load balancing, clients can only set up static load balancing themselves . Please contact your account manager if you require dynamic load balancing

Find the Location (site) that needs Static Load Balancing

1. Log into Fuuse at https://app.fuuse.io/
2. Navigate to your "Location" (site where chargers are set-up in Fuuse) - Network>Locations>Choose Location
3. Click on "Edit Location"
4. Go to step 4 "EVSE"

Group the chargers into their appropriate groups

1. Use the tick boxes next to each charger to select which chargers you want in a group
2. Click "Group" on the grey menu bar across the middle of the screen
3. Add whatever name you want to give the group, and a brief description if required
4. Click the "Group" button to save the group
5. Repeat the process with any other groups you need

Enable Static Load Balancing

1. On the "Group" title banner, click the "Load Balancing" toggle to enable the default static load balancing (32A shared between the chargers by default)

Editing Static Load Balancing to your own requirements

NOTE: Fuuse cannot suggest the static load balancing values needed for individual locations - this is the customer's responsibility

1. On the "Group" title banner, click "Edit Group" to open up the Load Balancing box
2. Enter the load balancing values that you want and click "Save"

Save the Location

1. Click "Save Location" to save all of the changes that you have made - you now have static load balancing set up
