You can view all the help tickets you've raised through the "Support>Logging a Platform Issue" option on the Fuuse platform by following the steps below:

Click on the 'support hub' option under the 'support' tab in Fuuse

- This should redirect you to the below page where you can sign in:

From there if you click on your name and then 'requests' this will display all tickets you have logged but also any tickets you have been copied into.

NOTE: You will only see tickets you created or were copied into. To view your organisation's full ticket history, please contact support@fuuse.io to arrange access.
