Joining a driver group with an access code

If your employer, fleet or landlord has given you an access code, here's how to use it to join your driver group in the Fuuse app.

1. What you'll need

You'll need the Fuuse app, an account you're signed in to, and the access code you were given. Codes aren't case-sensitive and the dash is optional, so you can type it however it's easiest.

2. Enter your code

  1. Open the Fuuse app and go to the "Account" tab.
  2. Select "Join a driver group".
  3. Type in your access code and select "Continue".

3. Confirm and join

  1. Check the group name shown on the confirmation screen is the one you expected.
  2. Select "Confirm and join".
  3. You'll see a confirmation that you're in. Your group's tariffs and charger access apply straight away.

4. If your group needs approval

Some groups ask an administrator to approve new members. If yours does, you'll see "Request sent" after you confirm, and you'll get access once your group administrator approves you. There's nothing more you need to do in the meantime.

Note: if your code isn't accepted, double-check it with whoever gave it to you — it may have expired or reached its limit. You can always join later from the "Account" tab. If you're still stuck, contact the Fuuse support team.
