Bookings can be made by drivers via 'Charging Site pages' in the app
Bookings can be made:
- Within site opening hours If they don't have a pre-existing booking for the same time
- Up to 12 months in advance
- Only if the duration of the booking will not incur time-based overstay fees
- A minimum of 30 minutes in advance
Email confirmation sent when booking is made
Driver to receive Charger code ID 30 minutes prior to session
(If turned on) will get push notification:
- With the Charger code ID 30 minutes prior to session
-With the Charger code ID at time of session
Booked session will expire after 15 minutes of no show
No deposit / pre-auth will be taken when a booking is made
Bookings can be cancelled whenever
