To download a report of promotion usage, you will need to first navigate to the Promotions tab. Once you have selected 'Promotions', you can either:

- Press the Download Report button on the promotions landing page to download a report for one or more promotions
- Navigate to an individual promotion and press the Download Report button
You will have the choice to download the report in a CSV or PDF format.
The following promotion data will be made available in a report:

Number of redemptions - Number of times a promotion was applied to a session.

ROI (Return On Investment) - Calculated by comparing the cost of the promotion to the revenue generated per session.

Conversion Rate - Calculated by comparing the activation rate of promotion versus the total number of promotion redemptions.

Session Rate - Calculated by comparing the number of charge sessions in the previous period to that of the promotional period.

New Customer Acquisition - This value represents the number of new drivers a network has received in the promotional period compared to the previous period.

Average Session Value - Calculated by comparing the average charge session cost for the previous period to the promotion period to measure the impact the promotion has had on average charge session sizes and total costs.
