Sending or re-issuing a receipt to a nominated email address
Drivers sometimes request receipts for their charging sessions, especially for sessions initiated by contactless payments or QR code scanning outisde of the Fuuse app. This can be accomodated by using the Fuuse Portal:
- Log into your Fuuse organisation
- Click "Session Log" on the left-hand menu
- Find the session in question (you may need to ask the driver for specific dates, times and session values) and click "See Details":
- Click "Actions" in the top right corner
- Click "Issue Receipt":
- Enter the driver details and click "Send Receipt"
- The driver will then be emailed the receipt
