Creating Fuuse Promotions

This guide provides instructions on setting up Promotions using the Fuuse backoffice.

Please note - the 'Promotions' package will need to be enabled on your account. Your account will also require to have billing enabled. You may contact your account manager or support@fuuse.io to enable the 'Promotions' package and check your billing package. 

 

Step 1

Log into the Fuuse back office and go to the revenue tab and click the Promotions button

Step 2:

You will be guided to the following page, where you can then select 'create promotion':

 

You will be presented with a page to enter the following

  • Promotion Name - mandatory

  • Description - mandatory

  • Start & End Date

Step 3:

Next, you will be presented with a page to confirm the following:

  • Promotion Type - app (or promo code if applicable)

  • Promotion Amount - the value of the promotion

  • Amount Type - choice of either a percentage amount or a fixed amount

  • Promotion Restrictions - assigned minimum or maximum value to further constrain a promotion

  • Redemption Limit - option to limit the use of a promotion to a fixed number of uses or amount across the defined promotion period

 

Step 4:

Finally, you will be presented with a page to set the promotion visibility

  • You have the option to make the promotion visible to all 'public' drivers i.e. drivers that have not been added to your organisation.

  • You also have the option of adding 'selected drivers' (these are drivers that have been added to the organisation). Only selected drivers will have visibility of the promotion for this option. 

  • Select the sites and chargers that the promotion applies to.

  • Once complete, press the Create Promotion button to create the promotion.

 

Note: Only one promotion can be used per charging session. If multiple promotions are active at the same time, the app will apply the promotion that has a higher cash value.
