      Ratio EV Issues - Charger Configurations to Try

      If a Ratio EV charger is giving out freevend charges without any Fuuse intervention, change the configs to the below:

      AllowOfflineTxForUnknownId 0
      AuthorizationCacheEnabled 0
      AuthorizeRemoteTxRequests 1
      LocalAuthListEnabled 0
      LocalAuthorizeOffline 0
      OEM_NoAuthEnabled false
      OEM_NoAuthIdTag "blank" i.e. leave blank
