From 28 September 2026, we’re changing how access to organisations is managed in Fuuse. Access will be based on the role a user has been assigned for each organisation. This gives administrators more control over who can access each organisation and helps prevent users from seeing information in child organisations they haven’t been assigned to.
What does this mean for me?
You may find that you can no longer see an organisation you previously had access to. Access to a parent organisation will no longer automatically give you access to its child organisations. You may need to add access into child orgs for specific users in your organisation.
How do I give someone access to a child organisation?
For now, an administrator should add the user to each child organisation they need to access and assign them the appropriate role. Access to child organisations will not be added automatically. If you lose access unexpectedly, please contact your account manager or Fuuse Support so they can help review your access.
