Block drivers in Fuuse to prevent access to chargers, can be used if drivers have a number of deficit sessions.

Step 1: Navigate to the Drivers section in Fuuse and click on the Drivers and Vehicle tab. 

Step 2: Locate the driver you wish to block/remove and click see details in line with the drivers name.

💡Tip - you can use the search bar to search for the drivers name or email address.

Step 3:  In the top right-hand corner, you will see two buttons:

Block Driver: click on this button to block the driver. A pop up will appear, please read this before clicking the block driver button to confirm your action. 

Note: By clicking Block Driver, this will block the driver from your network. The driver will not be able to access your chargers until you remove the block via the driver details.

Driver Actions: click on this button and select Remove Driver. This will remove their link to your organisation.

Please note that the block driver feature is not auto added to your organisation. Please contact your account manager or support at Fuuse to enable.
