Getting started - Organisation Details

This guide explains how you can set up your organisation details in Fuuse.

General Information

Log in to the web portal at app.fuuse.io to get started.

Click the "Getting started" button in the side menu on the left.

 

First we need to add your organisations general information, click on the 'add general info' button:

 

1- Add your organisation general information such as website and email address (the Organisation Trading Name should already be filled in for you, if this is incorrect please change it).

2- Organisation address: this is your registered address and will be included on driver's VAT receipts once charging is completed. 

3- If your billing address is different to your registered address, please toggle the 'Same as organisation address' and enter the correct address.

Once all your details have been filled in, click the 'save & continue' button at the top of the page. 

 

Next, you will be prompted to add your Contact information

1- General contact: enter the details of the main contact on the account

2- Finance contact: enter the contact who should receive all revenue statements

Click the 'save & continue' button once you have entered all the relevant information 

 

Your final prompt will be to add

1- Platform Support details: details of the person other platform users should contact should they have any queries (this can be the same as the general contact)

2- Driver Support: Enter the details that should be shown in the app should drivers need to contact anyone in case of issues.

If you have opted for Fuuse driver support, please contact your Account Manager at Fuuse to obtain this number (email can be left blank in this case)

 

Click 'save & complete' when you have entered all the relevant information.  

 

If the Billing Information field is still highlighted in red, it indicates that you have not yet shared your billing details with your dedicated Account Manager at Fuuse. To rectify this, simply return to the Getting Started tab and select the option to 'add billing info'. This will allow you to incorporate your billing information into the system and will be used for remittance.

Note, anything with a green tick means no further action required

 

Please enter the:

1- Name of the account holder

2- Bank name

3- Account Number

4- Sort Code

Save changes when you have completed all fields.
