Viewing charging locations

The Charging Locations page lists all the charging locations within your network. Static information, such as a location's name and address, is displayed alongside a status field, allowing you to easily identify any warnings or faults associated with the charging hardware at a location.

To find a specific location, use the search bar at the top of the charging locations list. You can search by location name, address, EVSE name or OCPP ID/serial number.

To access additional information about a location, simply click the See Details or arrow button on the right-hand side of the list. This will take you to a new screen where you can view all the chargers associated with that location.

Once you have clicked the See Details or arrow button, you'll find essential general information about the location, including its name. Just below this section, you'll find a series of tabs that allow you to explore more detailed information about the location and the EVSEs (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) installed there:

• Chargers: A list of the connectors available at the location, including the connector name, rated power output and current status. You can hover over the status to view its definition.
• General: Displays the location's information, address and any photos you have uploaded to the portal.
• Access: Shows the times when the location is open for drivers to charge their vehicles and whether the location has been made visible to the public.
• Energy: Provides an overview of the location's energy costs, detailing how much the location pays per kWh (this is different from the fees charged to drivers using the chargers). You can also find information about the type of energy source used and any load-balancing preferences configured within the portal.
• Issue Log: Fuuse automatically compiles any issues reported by the chargers, including faults and offline statuses, which are displayed in the issue log. Any concerns raised by back-office users, such as reports of vandalism, are also included in this list.
• Session Ratings: Displays ratings submitted by drivers following their charging sessions.

To update any location information, simply click the Edit Location button in the top-right corner of the page, and adjust the details that require updating.

Viewing chargers

To access detailed information about a specific EVSE, navigate to the Chargers tab and select the corresponding ellipsis button. Then, click the See Details button to open the dedicated details page.

To modify any details relating to the EVSE, simply click the Edit EVSE button in the top-right corner of the page.
