Bookings can be made by drivers via 'Charging Site pages' in the app
Bookings can be made:
- Within site opening hours If they don't have a pre-existing booking for the same time
- Up to 12 months in advance
- Only if the duration of the booking will not incur time-based overstay fees
- A minimum of 30 minutes in advance
An Email confirmation is sent when a booking is made
Notes
The driver will receive the "Charger ID" (name of charger) 30 minutes prior to session and will, if turned on, get a push notification at the following points:
- With the Charger code ID 30 minutes prior to session
- With the Charger code ID at time of session
The booked session will expire after 15 minutes of no show
No deposit / pre-auth will be taken when a booking is made
Bookings can be cancelled at any time
Preview tariff, opening hours and overstay fees on site are all subject to change
