Below is a step-by-step guide explaining how to create a new tariff and connect it to our roaming partners, including setting the correct site visibility. These steps will ensure the tariff is correctly configured, linked to charge cards, and displayed according to your preferred visibility settings.
Step 1: Create a New Tariff
- In the navigation menu, go to Access > Tariffs.
- Click “New Tariff.”
- Enter a name for the tariff (for example, Roaming Tariff).
- Enter the price per kWh.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Step 2: Connect the Tariff to a Roaming Partner
- In the navigation menu, go to Public > Charge Cards.
- Click “Connect” to enable the required connection.
- Select the newly created tariff from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Set Charger Visibility
- Choose Public if you want the site to be displayed across the roaming partner's network and visible in their apps.
- Choose Private if you do not want to advertise the site publicly, but still want the roaming partner's cardholders to be able to charge.
Note, you can allow for both. This means that any sites that are made public will be picked up by our roaming partners and sites that are not marked as visible to the public will not be advertised on roaming partner apps/sites.
Step 4: Confirm and Save
- Tick the consent box.
- Click Save to confirm your changes.
