If you are an installer/partner and need to set up a new customer within your organisation, you should create them as a 'sub organisation'.

Enable Required Setting

Before creating a new organisation, Fuuse will need to ensure the correct permissions are set. Contact your account manager or support@fuuse.io and request that the “Fuuse Installer” package is enabled on your main organisation as this will be where you need to create the new organisation from.

Log into Parent Organisation
Log into your main (parent) organisation account.

Create New Organisation
Click on the organisation dropdown menu.

Select “Create Organisation.”

Complete Setup
Follow the on-screen steps to finish creating the new organisation.
Please note that this process does not carry over any operators or administrators from your main parent organisation. If you would like to add your customer as a user within the newly created account, please follow the guide below:
