1. Viewing your SIM cards
- In the left-hand menu, browse to "Network" › "Accessories".
- Open the "SIM Cards" tab.
Each SIM shows its SIM number, the location it's connected to, the hardware ID, its data usage for the month to date, and its status. Use the search box to find a SIM by number or location name, or filter by status.
Note: the SIM Cards area is marked "Beta" while we improve it. Not every SIM card is shown yet we display the data we're confident in and keep improving the rest in the background.
2. Ordering SIM cards
- Go to "Network" › "Accessories" and open the "SIM Cards" tab.
- Select "Order SIM Cards" (top right of the page, or in the centre of the page if you don't have any SIM cards yet).
- Complete the order form that opens to request your SIM cards.
Once your SIM cards have been supplied and connected to chargers, they'll appear on the SIM Cards tab.
3. Linking a SIM card to a charger
You link a SIM card to a charger from that charger's own page.
- Go to "Network" › "Chargers" and open the charger you want to work with.
- Find the "Charger Accessories" panel and choose to link a SIM card.
- Enter the SIM number. This must be numbers only and 19-20 digits long.
- Select the SIM's provider.
- Confirm to link the SIM. The link button stays disabled until the SIM number and provider are both valid.
Note: if the charger already reports a SIM identifier, the SIM number may be filled in for you - check it's correct before confirming.
4. Editing a SIM card
- Open the charger's page and its "Charger Accessories" panel.
- Choose to edit the linked SIM card.
- Enter the new SIM number and confirm. You can only save once the new number is different from the current one.
5. Unlinking a SIM card
- Open the charger's page and its "Charger Accessories" panel.
- Choose to unlink the SIM card.
- Confirm when prompted. This removes the link between the SIM and the charger; it doesn't cancel or deactivate the SIM itself.
Note: if something doesn't work as expected, you'll see an error message with a unique reference you can copy. Share that reference with the Fuuse support team and we'll help you sort it.
