How to add a new RFID card

This guide walks you through the process of adding a new RFID card to Fuuse.

1. Log in to Fuuse

  • Go to https://app.fuuse.io
  • Enter your username and password into the relevant fields and click "Sign in"

2. Browse to the RFID Tokens screen

In the left-hand menu, browse to the "Access" tab and select "RFID cards" from the dropdown option. This will open the “RFID Cards” screen.

In the top right corner of the screen, select "Add New Card". You’ll see a pop-out appear.

Enter the RFID card number in the 'Enter RFID' field - ignoring any spaces or special characters. 

Guidance on completing the information

RFID - Enter the RFID token. This might be written on the card or fob itself, or included in the paperwork it came with.

Drivers/Vehicles - If you want each RFID card to be assigned to a specific driver or vehicle, you need to add them into the platform first in the "Drivers" section so they are available to be selected when adding an RFID card. Then, type the name and select the relevant driver or vehicle.

Once you have entered the RFID number, click the "Add RFID card" button.

 

3. Start using the RFID card to charge

You should now be able to charge using the token and it will show in the Charging Log with the user's name or vehicle's registration.

Note that you can add multiple tokens to the same user or vehicle.
