The RFID section in Fuuse allows you to add new RFIDs, assign them to drivers, order new RFIDs and validate/invalidate.
There are also some additional statuses that can help you with any troubleshooting issues you may come across:
- Relationship to the current operator, this explains how the RFID card is connected to the current operator:
- Ours – The RFID card is 'owned' by your organisation.
- Inherited – The RFID card was inherited from a parent organisation
- Shared to us – The RFID card has been shared with your organisation by an unrelated operator.
- Third party – The RFID card is linked to a driver, but it has no connection to your organisation.
- Tooltips – There are tooltips available for each of these descriptions. Simply hover over the relevant option to see an explanation of what it means.
- May Charge – This will show either Yes or No, indicating whether the RFID card can be used to charge.
- If an RFID card is showing as Third Party and May Charge is not available/has a red X because the card has not been shared with your organisation, you can use the three-dot menu (⋮) to share the RFID card with your organisation. Once shared, it can then be used for charging where applicable.
