The Fleet Cards tab in the Fuuse platform lets you manage Paua fleet cards for all of your drivers. This article covers ordering cards, viewing status, and managing cards for individual drivers.
Viewing your fleet cards
Go to the Fleet tab on the Fuuse dashboard and select Fleet Cards. The table shows all drivers with their card ID, card status, total consumption, and total cost.
You can search the table by driver name, email address, or fleet card ID.
Card statuses
- Ordered - the card has been ordered and is being processed
- Active - the card is ready to use and can authorise public charging sessions
- Cancelled - the card has been permanently cancelled and cannot be reactivated
Ordering a card for a driver
- Click Actions and select Order Fleet Cards.
- Search for the driver by name or email address and select them.
- Choose a delivery option: deliver to the office, or allow the driver to order to their home address via the Fuuse app.
- Review the order summary. A card issuance fee applies per card.
- Click Confirm Order.
The card appears in the Fleet Cards table with a status of Ordered. Cards are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Cancelling a card
Cancelling a card is permanent and cannot be undone. Use this option when a driver leaves the company or a card is reported lost or stolen.
- Find the driver in the Fleet Cards table.
- Click the options menu on the right of their row (three dots).
- Select Cancel card.
- Read the confirmation message carefully, then click Cancel Card to confirm.
The card is permanently deactivated. Any sessions completed before cancellation will still be settled and attributed to the driver.
Ordering a replacement card
If a card has been lost, stolen, or cancelled and the driver still needs public charging access, you can order a replacement.
- Find the driver in the Fleet Cards table.
- Click the options menu on the right of their row (three dots).
- Select Order replacement card.
- Choose a delivery option and confirm.
The replacement card is linked to the same driver. The previous card will be cancelled if it has not been already.
