This guide explains how to set up Fleet 360 for your fleet, from signing the agreement through to drivers being active and charging.
What you need before you start
- A signed Direct Debit Agreement with Fuuse
- A Fuuse platform account - Fuuse will send you a setup email once your agreement is in place
- A list of the drivers you want to enrol
Step 1: Set up your Fuuse account
When your agreement is confirmed, Fuuse will send you an account creation email. Follow the link in the email to create your password and complete account setup.
Once you are logged in, navigate to the Fleet tab at the top of the dashboard. This is where you will manage all Fleet 360 activity.
Step 2: Add your drivers
- Go to the Fleet tab on the dashboard.
- Click Actions and select Add drivers.
- Search for a driver by name or email address, or upload a CSV file to add multiple drivers at once.
- Select which elements of Fleet 360 each driver should access: home reimbursement, public charging, or both.
- Confirm to send each driver an invitation email from Fuuse.
Drivers need to accept the invitation and complete their own setup before they appear as active. You can monitor progress in the Drivers tab.
Step 3: Order fleet cards for public charging
If your drivers will use public charging, each driver needs a Paua fleet card. You can order cards for multiple drivers at once:
- Go to the Fleet Cards tab on the dashboard.
- Click Actions and select Order Fleet Cards.
- Search for and select the drivers who need cards.
- Choose a delivery option: deliver to the office, or allow drivers to order directly to their home address via the Fuuse app.
- Review the order summary and click Confirm Order. A card issuance fee applies per card.
Cards typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days. They will appear in the Fleet Cards table with a status of Ordered.
Step 4: Monitor onboarding progress
Go to the Drivers tab on the Fleet dashboard to see which drivers have completed their setup. This shows each driver's onboarding status and which parts of Fleet 360 they have connected.
A driver is fully active when their charger, vehicle, and energy tariff are all connected (for home reimbursement) and their fleet card is activated (for public charging).
What you can see once drivers are active
Once drivers are set up, the Fleet dashboard gives you a full view of activity:
- Sessions — all home and public charging sessions across your fleet, with costs and consumption data
- Drivers — individual driver activity, onboarding status, and reimbursement details
- Fleet Cards — card status, usage, and management for each driver
You can filter sessions by rail type (Home, Work, or Public) and download reports for finance or payroll purposes.
