What we help you do
Public Charging
- Use one charge card to access over 70% of the UK public charging network
- Find and navigate to chargers using the driver app
Home Charging
- We connect to your home charger, vehicle, and energy tariff
- This allows us to track your charging and reimburse you accurately
How payments and reimbursement work
Home charging: You’ll receive a monthly credit on your home energy account
Public charging: Tap your fleet charge card at a charger - your company covers the cost
Your data and security
To calculate your reimbursement, we securely connect to your energy supplier.
- Your details are shared securely (similar to online banking)
- We do not store your login details
- We only receive a limited access token (for tariff information)
- We cannot access or make changes to your account
Your data remains private and protected.
How we calculate reimbursement
We use data from:
- Your home charger - how much energy you used (kWh)
- Your energy tariff - how much that energy costs
This ensures accurate reimbursement for work charging at home.
