To use home reimbursement, your home charger and vehicle need to be compatible with Fleet 360. This article lists what is currently supported.
Full list can be found here: Fuuse Fleet360 Compatibility Guide
Vehicles
Fleet 360 supports battery electric vehicles (BEV), plug-in hybrids (PHEV), and mild hybrids (MHEV). Most major manufacturers are supported, including Audi, BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Jaguar, Kia, Mercedes, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo, among others.
If your vehicle is not listed as compatible during setup, you can still complete onboarding. You will need to confirm home charging sessions manually until your vehicle is fully supported.
Home chargers
The level of support varies by charger manufacturer. Where possible, we recommend using a charger from the list below for the most reliable experience.
Recommended chargers
These chargers provide the most reliable integration and fully automated session tracking:
- Easee
- MyEnergi (Zappi)
- Zaptec
Not currently supported
The following chargers are not currently supported for automated session tracking:
- Pod Point
If you have an unsupported charger, you can still participate in home reimbursement by uploading sessions manually. Contact your fleet administrator or Fuuse support for guidance.
