Your Paua fleet card gives you access to public charging across more than 52 UK charging networks. This article explains how to order your card and activate it when it arrives.
Before you start
Your fleet administrator needs to enrol you in Fleet 360 before you can order a card. You will receive an invitation email from Fuuse or your organisation when your access has been set up.
Ordering your card
There are two ways to receive a fleet card. Your administrator may order it on your behalf and have it delivered to the office. Alternatively, you can order it yourself through the Fuuse app:
- Open your organisation and go to Account.
- Select My Charge Cards.
- Tap Order card and select Let's begin.
- Enter your delivery address.
- Confirm your order.
Your card will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Activating your card
Once your card arrives, you need to activate it before you can use it at a charge point.
- Open your organisation's app and go to Account.
- Select My Charge Cards.
- Tap Activate card.
- Enter the activation code printed on the card.
- Confirm activation.
Your card status will update to Active. You are now ready to use public charge points.
Card statuses
You can check your card status at any time in your organisation's app under My Charge Cards:
- Ordered — your card has been ordered and is being processed
- Active — your card is ready to use at charge points
- Cancelled — your card has been permanently cancelled
If your card has not arrived
If your card has not arrived after 5 working days, check the status in the Fuuse app. If it still shows as Ordered, contact your fleet manager.
