Fleet 360 is Fuuse's fleet charging solution. It brings home reimbursement and public charging together in one place, so drivers can charge wherever they need to without having to pay for charging with their own cash and companies can see all activity and costs in a single platform.
Home reimbursement
When a driver charges their work vehicle at home, Fleet 360 tracks the session automatically. It connects to your home charger, vehicle, and energy tariff to calculate how much the session cost. That amount is reimbursed directly to your energy account each month.
You do not need to submit expenses or track sessions manually. Everything is calculated and paid automatically.
Public charging
Each driver is issued a Paua fleet card. You can use it to charge at over 79,000 charge points across more than 52 UK charging networks. Your company is billed directly, so you never pay out of pocket at a public charger. It can also be used on your depot or workplace chargers.
What administrators can see
Fleet administrators can view all charging activity across both rails in the Fuuse platform. The dashboard shows sessions, costs, and driver status in one place, with a breakdown by home, work, and public charging.
What drivers can see
You can see your full charging history in the Fuuse app. Each session is labelled clearly so you can see what has been reimbursed and what has been paid by your company.
Getting started
Your fleet manager will send you an invitation to join Fleet 360. Follow the steps in the invitation email to set up your account.
